What is a FREE Home consultation and is it necessary?

Our FREE Home Consultation is where we visit you and your pets at home, at a time that suits you. We believe these consultations are important so that we can discuss our services with you and answer any questions you may have. We also think it's important for us to meet your pet for the first time in a location where they can feel relaxed, so we can get to know them and for them to get used to us. Also we will use this time to go through the necessary paper work.

What if I require a service outside of your opening hours?

That's fine. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

Are you available on Bank Holidays?

Yes, we are available for bookings 365 days a year (even Christmas Day!). Contact us for prices and availability.

Where are you based and What areas do you cover?

Animal Time is based in Banwell, North Somerset and serves W-s-M and surrounding areas including Locking, Sandford, Churchill, Winscombe, Elborough Village, Loxton, Barton and Sidcot.

Do you walk dogs in large groups?

No. We walk most of our dogs individually to give them as much interaction and attention as possible although, occasionally we may walk dogs together but never in a large group.

I only need a one off dog walk/pet visit/pet sit. Is that okay?

That's absolutely fine. We don't mind whether you want to use our services on a regular bases or as a one off visit. We treat all of our clients and pets the same.

Do you charge any Joining/membership Fee's, Subscriptions or are there any other Hidden Costs?

Simply put, no. We only charge you the price of the services you require and a mileage fee for any customers over 5 miles from us. That's it, nice and simple.

How much do we charge for mileage?

For anybody living within 5 miles from Banwell we do not charge extra for mileage, For everyone else we charge 30p for every additional mile travelled.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments in Cash, Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Cards, Apple Pay and Android Pay.
